Role overview

OVO Luxury Signature is hiring a hands-on AI Software Engineer to connect AI technology with business operations.

The role covers building solutions from concept through implementation, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI applications and build end-to-end AI-driven operational workflows.
  • Automate processes across Sales, Marketing, Production, QC, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Integrate AI with CRM, e-commerce, ERP, databases, APIs, and other platforms; develop solutions for fashion, e-commerce, customer service, content, reporting, and internal operations.
  • Analyze processes for automation opportunities; build dashboards, reporting tools, and automated business intelligence workflows.
  • Test and debug applications, resolve system and integration issues, and continuously improve solutions.
  • Manage deployments, VPS/server environments, APIs, and technical configurations.
  • Document systems, workflows, and procedures; train employees on AI tools and automated workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, monitor performance, improve reliability and efficiency, and report to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI development, software engineering, and business process automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with AI APIs, LLMs, Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms, plus APIs, databases, backend systems, and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of Git, VPS/cloud environments, deployment, and cybersecurity; understanding of business operations and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and documentation skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to manage projects from startup through development, testing, deployment, training, and handover.

Preferred experience

  • Preferred experience includes AI automation and intelligent workflows, e-commerce/Shopify, CRM/ERP integrations such as Odoo or Zoho, and AI-generated content or image workflows.
  • VPS/cloud infrastructure, business process automation, data analytics, and automated reporting experience are also preferred.

Location and workplace

  • Role is based at Dubai Investment Park 1 (DIP), Dubai, UAE.
  • Work location is in person.

Compensation

  • Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
