Role overview

Driving and vehicle duties

• Safely transport family members to work, appointments, shopping destinations, and other requested locations.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle's cleanliness, presentation, and roadworthiness.
• Check tyres, fuel, oil, lights, and other safety items routinely and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Arrange servicing, maintenance, and registration renewals as instructed.
• Follow UAE traffic and parking laws, safe-driving practices, and company vehicle policies.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding family matters, schedules, personal information, and daily activities.
• Assist with errands and other reasonable duties assigned by the employer.

Inventory and coordination duties

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams about stock requirements and discrepancies.
• Handle stock carefully and keep the inventory area clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support stock reconciliation so physical inventory matches system records.
• Prepare inventory reports and update stock records when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence and UAE driving experience.
• The description states a minimum of two years of UAE driving experience and separately lists one year as required.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and landmarks, and GPS navigation.
• English language ability, a safe driving record, and a responsible attitude.
• Punctuality, reliability, communication skills, and a professional manner.
• Trustworthiness, discretion, patience, and flexibility when reasonably required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous family, private, or personal driver experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai, DIP.
