An experienced General Manager will lead factory operations, supply chain, sales, and finance, reporting directly to the owner.
The role focuses on increasing output, improving quality, and growing profit.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and capacity; meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage purchasing, raw materials, inventory, and supplier relationships; establish and enforce quality-control standards.
- Reduce waste and improve efficiency through lean manufacturing and process improvement.
- Own the budget, P&L, product costing, and pricing; grow sales and manage key client and brand relationships.
- Lead, hire, and develop production, warehouse, and administrative teams; ensure health, safety, and labor-law compliance.
- Use CRM/ERP systems to track production, inventory, and sales; report KPIs monthly to the owner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 4+ years in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, costing, and supply chain; proven ability to lead large teams and improve factory performance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems; fluency in English.
- Apparel, textile, or fashion manufacturing experience is strongly preferred; Arabic is a plus.
Pay
- AED 8,000–20,000 per month.
