Full-time, on-site Finance Manager role in Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE.
Oversee OVO Luxury Signature's financial operations and work with Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
Keep company finances accurate and controlled, aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Oversee local and China supplier accounts, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, BOM, production expenses, and profitability.
- Coordinate inventory control across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, stock movements, and reconciliations.
- Monitor expenses, purchasing commitments, and operational costs.
- Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE requirements.
- Provide management with financial reports, analysis, and recommendations.
- Coordinate across departments to improve cost control, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Lead and support the Finance team, ensuring accurate, accountable, and timely work.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; manufacturing, fashion, luxury, or trading experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory, costing, and operational finance.
- Experience with Odoo, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Excel is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
