Project Sales Manager role focused on sales growth across the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the annual project sales plan, achieving revenue, profitability, and KPI targets across the GCC.
- Build relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, kitchen companies, and MEP partners.
- Identify, track, and convert opportunities using strategies aligned with brand positioning and regional market conditions.
- Manage the full project sales cycle, including specification selling, tenders, negotiation, contract closure, and project execution.
- Coordinate with Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to support delivery and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- At least 5–10 years of project sales experience in built-in appliances, kitchen solutions, building materials, interiors, fit-out, or construction-related industries.
- Strong network of developers, consultants, architects, kitchen specialists, and contractors across UAE and GCC markets.
Preferred skills
- Experience in specification selling and project-based sales environments.
- Commercial acumen in funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
- Understanding of GCC construction and residential development markets.
