Recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Civil Draftsman.
The role supports execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in swimming pool projects, water feature construction, and hard landscaping works.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
- Good understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and landscape coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- UAE driving license and own car are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop and construction drawings for swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.
- Develop layout, section detail, reinforcement, finishing, setting-out, detailed construction, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate drawings across civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.
- Review specifications, design documents, and consultant requirements; ensure drawings meet project standards and construction requirements.
- Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors; revise drawings for site conditions and project changes.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
