Six-month contract role with a healthcare and medical devices client.
Manages end-to-end logistics operations, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and transportation coordination across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipments from transportation planning and customs clearance through documentation and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal stakeholders to support timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare shipping documents and process customer invoices; support Letter of Credit documentation and banking submissions.
- Monitor shipment lead times, invoice accuracy, claims resolution, and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, investigate causes of shipment delays, and ensure compliance with corporate trade and finance regulations.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant logistics or supply-chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, air, sea, and road transportation, shipping documentation, and import/export operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar platforms.
