Finance Business Partner role reporting to the Sub-Regional CFO and collaborating with cross-functional teams and business project management offices.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial governance of the Market Development Fund across sub-regional clusters and countries.
- Drive budgets, forecasts, annual operating plans, and multi-year growth plans; analyze MDF trends and product mix.
- Monitor risks and opportunities against forecasts and ensure effective MDF utilization.
- Coordinate accurate financial data and compliance with policies and GAAP across finance, controllership, and business teams.
- Support resource allocation, costing models, and efficiency improvements; track project performance against business plans and targets.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder insights; lead monthly reviews and investigate variances.
- Coordinate priority projects and payments, improve MDF finance processes, and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with country managers, business development teams, and leadership; support pricing, financial modeling, and executive presentations.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of financial analysis experience in a multinational or large organization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; experience managing large datasets and building financial models.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Hyperion/TM1 experience is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization; high attention to detail and output accuracy.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, diverse international environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English; cards or payments industry knowledge is an advantage.
