About the Role
Demand Planner – DPS role in the Supply Chain team of a multinational healthcare organization.
Responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning for the DPS franchise, including demand planning, IBP, inventory management, forecasting, and CAPEX execution.
Contract is 9 months, through July 2027, with potential renewal.
Employment is outsourced through Manpower Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and develop accurate forecasts through statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage IBP alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor and improve Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Health, Back Orders, and NTS Delivery.
- Manage inventory targets, reduce SLOB risk, and improve inventory efficiency.
- Support product launches, phase-in/phase-out activities, and New Product Introductions.
- Lead supply risk assessments and mitigation plans with regional and local stakeholders.
- Manage CAPEX forecasting, allocation, order management, and fulfillment end to end.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and IBP.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with SAP S4H is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
