Overview
**Overview:** Kinetics Group is looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
The role involves handling accounts-related activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department with accurate reporting and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle data entry and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters.
Skills & Attributes Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
