The coordinator supports sales activities, client relationships, orders, and regional shipments.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to support business development.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on sales opportunities and outstanding orders.
- Coordinate orders from confirmation through fulfillment and delivery.
- Arrange and track local deliveries and international GCC shipments with logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery timelines, address issues, and keep clients informed.
- Check stock availability with the fulfillment centre, monitor inventory, and flag replenishment needs.
- Maintain client, sales, order, and shipment records.
- Resolve order, delivery, and product concerns with relevant teams.
- Identify improvements to sales, fulfillment, and logistics processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant sales coordination, sales operations, or similar experience, including practical logistics or shipment coordination.
- Experience with lead generation, client follow-ups, and customer orders.
- Fluent Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- CRM or inventory management systems experience is advantageous.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
