Yoocha Matcha supplies matcha to cafes and specialty coffee shops across the GCC and is seeking an experienced barista for a part-time role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve traditional matcha drinks with precision and speed.
- Conduct product demonstrations at events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Create basic milk designs.
- Research and develop matcha recipes and explore innovative opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Promote Yoocha Matcha and build relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Train teams on product knowledge and preparation techniques.
- Visit clients and travel within the GCC to expand the network and market presence.
Qualifications and experience
- Understand matcha grades and preparation methods.
- At least two years of barista experience; matcha-focused experience is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for an immediate start.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person.
- Client visits and travel within the GCC are part of the role.
