Role overview
The company is seeking an experienced barista to join its team part-time and support events, product demonstrations, training, and market outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve traditional matcha drinks with precision and speed.
- Conduct product demonstrations at events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Create basic milk-drawing designs.
- Research and develop matcha recipes and explore new opportunities.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Promote the company and build relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Train teams in product knowledge and preparation techniques.
- Visit clients and travel within the GCC to support sales and expand market presence.
Qualifications and experience
- Understanding of matcha, including different grades and preparation methods.
- Two years of matcha preparation experience and two years of barista experience are preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
- Well-presented, polite, and engaging, with an energetic team-player approach and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for an immediate start.

- Work is in person and includes event demonstrations, client visits, and travel within the GCC.
