We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Barista to join our vibrant team part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve traditional matcha drinks with precision and speed.
- Conduct product demonstrations at events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Master the art of milk drawing and create engaging, basic designs.
- Research and develop new matcha recipes and explore innovative opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Promote YOOCHA MATCHA, building strong relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Train teams on product knowledge and preparation techniques.
- Engage in sales activities, visiting clients, and traveling within the GCC region to expand our network and market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Understanding of matcha, including different grades and preparation methods.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, preferably with a focus on matcha.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (additional languages will be a plus).
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Well-presented with a polite and engaging personality.
- Energetic team player who is capable of managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for an immediate start.
