Sales and Operations Coordinator
Yoocha Matcha supplies matcha to more than 1,500 cafes and specialty coffee shops across the GCC.
The role drives sales growth in the GCC market and supports the sales team in achieving targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, and the client registry.
- Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong relationships.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with couriers to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Generate sales reports to monitor performance.
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Candidates must currently be in the UAE and available to start immediately.
Language and Licence
- Arabic is required.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
