Sales Operations Analyst supporting HPE's office in Andover, Massachusetts.
The role is designated onsite, with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processes and tools for sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support.
- Collect, consolidate, and chart sales and process data to identify trends and issues.
- Learn and practice basic analysis.
- Implement specified process and tool changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop understanding of stakeholder expectations and needs relating to processes and tools.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Typically 0–2 years of experience.
Knowledge and skills
- Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
- Good analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills; basic understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Mastery of English and the local language.
Compensation
- The stated Massachusetts base salary range is USD 34.18–46.39 hourly; variable incentives may also be offered.
