Data Analyst – Supply Chain

Work arrangement

• The role is hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week working from an HPE office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on customer demand fulfillment and supply availability.
• Use advanced SQL in a Snowflake environment to extract, manipulate, and analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Contribute to forecasting models by integrating diverse data sources, with potential application of AI/ML methods.
• Design and implement interactive, automated dashboards that help stakeholders understand complex datasets.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve supply chain performance.
• Partner with supply chain operations teams to gather data requirements and create robust reporting solutions.
• Keep current with analytics, reporting, and visualization best practices.
• Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated data analysis experience, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with data visualization platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify key insights, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Capacity for rapid learning and adaptation to evolving business priorities.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior supply chain experience, preferably in the high-tech sector.
• Expertise in complex SQL queries and data retrieval optimization; experience creating and deploying dashboards and visualizations.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts in analytical contexts and proficiency in data-analysis programming languages such as Python.
