Sales activities
- Promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
- Meet clients or make sales visits to answer queries, offer advice and introduce products.
- Demonstrate and present products, establish new business, and negotiate contracts and packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Collect, investigate and summarize market data and trends; maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend products; build professional networks.
Area of responsibility
- Generate new customers through various channels and follow up on leads and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management and maintain periodic activity reports.
- Resolve customer issues, facilitate customer service and support satisfaction through regular engagement.
- Align marketing activity with brand direction and monitor competitors in the Qatar marketplace.
- Measure campaign performance, analyze market trends and competitive activity, and identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in preparing and executing a marketing plan that meets the business plan.
Working relationships
Internal contacts include business support functions such as management control, human resources, legal and finance, as well as technical production services.
External contacts include direct and indirect clients, technical and commercial partners, and institutional contacts.
