Production Engineer role for an HVAC manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports HVAC manufacturing, assembly, and production operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the production team to complete work according to production and planning schedules.
- Monitor and improve production processes for efficient and timely A/C unit assembly.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper fabrication and assembly of A/C parts, components, and units.
- Coordinate with the production team to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production output meets required quality and compliance standards.
- Manage the assigned production team and ensure quality in fabrication and assembly while meeting internal and external standards.
Required Industry Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing.
- Experience in HVAC assembly.
- Experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Related engineering or manufacturing industry experience may be considered.
