Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will oversee and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and develop initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales. Responsibilities also include coordinating customer outreach, managing campaigns, and providing stellar customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with car showrooms, used car dealers, garages, and service centers
• Visit potential partners daily and generate consistent leads
• Promote detailing packages and convert interest into actual bookings
• Identify high-potential areas and execute on-ground marketing activities
• Maintain relationships and ensure repeat business from partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in outdoor sales / field marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Familiar with Dubai locations and automotive market (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license needed

Performance Expectations:

• Daily outreach to potential partners
• Monthly targets for leads generated and conversions
• Active contribution to business growth

Location:

Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai

Salary & Incentives:

• Basic Salary: AED 2,500
• Performance-based commission (2% – 5%)
• Incentives based on revenue generated
• Expected total earnings: AED 4,000 – 8,000+ per month

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
