Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on payments
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years (required)
- Proven experience in sales and customer relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience in UAE market is an advantage
