We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive : Luxury Furniture
We’re looking for a strong commercial profile to work across The Design House and Antarria.
This role sits between sales and strategy. It’s about bringing in the right clients, positioning the right brand, and strengthening how we operate.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership
* Drive B2B, B2C, and commercial project revenue
* Bring in developers, designers, and high-value clients
* Close and negotiate large-scale projects
* Decide whether projects fit The Design House or Antarria
* Build a strong pipeline and protect margins
Business Development
* Identify gaps across product, pricing, and positioning
* Improve client experience and internal processes
* Feed market insights into leadership
* Help shape future product and service direction
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in luxury furniture, interiors, or high end sales
* Strong design awareness and attention to detail
* Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
* Confident, polished, and client focused
