Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in driving enterprise sales across Saudi Arabia, focusing on the successful management and closure of significant sales opportunities.

As a key player within the organization, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with procurement and operations decision-makers.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as AI platforms, robotics, and smart facility systems, while also participating in strategic initiatives alongside the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and close enterprise sales opportunities, ensuring targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on procurement and operations decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop joint account strategies for major clients.
  • Drive revenue across the full portfolio of DCIT’s offerings, including AI, automation, and robotics solutions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position DCIT’s solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational background and certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum years of experience and specific industry experience:
  • At least 6 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, particularly in technology sectors.
  • Core technical skills and proficiencies required:
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and robotics solutions.
  • Critical soft skills and behavioral competencies:
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Technical Qualifications

  • Specific software, tools, and technologies:
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Programming languages, frameworks, or platforms:
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies in AI and automation.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape in Saudi Arabia.
