Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA and the GCC region.
- Own the full commercial cycle, including outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Represent our portfolio to senior stakeholders in industries such as industrial, government, and energy sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships within the Saudi Aramco ecosystem and major EPC contractors.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Special Projects Manager on strategic accounts to align business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.

Essential Requirements
- Educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years in B2B business development, particularly within the KSA or GCC markets.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in understanding and discussing technology solutions related to AI, robotics, drones, and smart systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships.
Technical Qualifications
- Software Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of technology trends within the industrial, energy, and government sectors.
- Industry Expertise:
Experience
- or knowledge in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) landscape is a plus.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in business development or project management are preferred.

- Advanced Degrees:
- A master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
