Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computer vision models tailored for industrial use cases, including PPE compliance, face recognition, and anomaly detection.
- Build and maintain RTSP-based edge inference pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow from cameras to edge devices and backend dashboards.
- Integrate computer vision outputs into access control decisions and alert systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the ROS2 and IoT teams to ensure smooth integration of robot perception capabilities.
- Optimize models for deployment on Nvidia Jetson/Orin and mini-PC edge hardware, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.

Essential Requirements
- Educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1–5 years in computer vision, preferably in industrial applications.
- Core technical skills:
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing computer vision models, particularly for face recognition and anomaly detection.
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities.
Technical Qualifications
- Software and tools:
Experience
- with YOLOv8 (or later), OpenCV, and relevant model optimization frameworks.
- Programming languages:
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Industry knowledge:
- Understanding of RTSP pipeline development, edge deployment methodologies, and camera stream processing.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in computer vision or machine learning are preferred but not mandatory.
