We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects from planning through completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential projects, excellent project management capabilities, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee residential construction projects throughout all project phases.
- Review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to management.
& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methodologies, and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
- Experience in managing labor teams and coordinating site activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Open to all nationalities.
