As an integral part of our AI Engineering team, you will work at the intersection of technology and industry, deploying AI solutions directly within client facilities.
This role is essential for building the intelligent layers across our platforms, which include document intelligence, workflow automation, and AI-powered decision support systems.
In this dynamic position, you will face exciting challenges as you design and implement advanced AI models tailored for specific industrial workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain on-premise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for effective document processing and intelligent Q&A systems.
- Develop Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document extraction systems tailored for industrial workflows, including permits, contracts, and reports.
- Create AI-powered workflow automation components that seamlessly integrate into our enterprise platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Train and fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks, focusing on the needs of industries such as energy, construction, and facility management.
- Collaborate closely with the backend team to ensure effective API integration of AI modules, enhancing the overall system architecture.

Essential Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably within industrial sectors such as energy, construction, or facility management.
• Core Technical Skills
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining on-premise AI solutions, especially in document processing and workflow automation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills are essential for team success and client interactions.
• Software & Tools
- Familiarity with on-premise deployment technologies, including vector databases and OCR frameworks.
- Programming Languages:
- Expertise in Python as the primary programming language; experience with FastAPI or Django for AI service development.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of industrial workflows and processes, particularly in areas related to document intelligence and automation.
- Certifications:
- Any certifications related to AI/ML, cloud computing, or software development are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Education:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Specialized Skills:
Experience
- with Arabic NLP or multi-modal AI systems is a plus.
