About This Role

Compensation

Structure: This is a high-reward, **commission-only role for the initial 3-**

**month** validation period.

Upon meeting performance milestones, the role will transition to a competitive base salary + commission + benefits structure.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development

efforts in the Dubai real estate market.

You will be responsible for converting high-intent leads

into active clients for our lead generation and PropTech solutions.

This role is ideal for a "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-quality B2B leads generated through our
  • automated AI pipelines.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct high-touch consultations with real estate brokers, agencies, and developers to demonstrate the value of our InvestorsFinder platform.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and
  • timely follow-ups.
  • Partnership Development: Negotiate referral agreements and commission structures with
  • brokerage firms.
  • Market Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and improve
  • our service offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Dubai Real Estate or Tech sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-ticket deals.
  • Self-motivated with a "startup" mindset; comfortable working on a commission basis initially.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a major plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing concepts.
