Overview

Our client, a fast‑growing technology vendor in the Video Analytics space is hiring a

Regional Sales Manager

to join their team in the UAE on a permanent basis.

This is a high‑impact role focused on new business development, partner engagement, and driving revenue across end‑users, consultants, and integrators.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all sales activity and relationships, with a particular focus on
  • Abu Dhabi.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding partner‑driven revenue.
  • Build and maintain a balanced sales cadence with strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with the Regional VP to align strategy, execution, and territory performance.
  • Lead customer storytelling — articulating value, outcomes, and technical capabilities in the customer’s language.
  • Support new product introductions and drive adoption of Video Analytics and AI‑driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a constant sensor for satisfaction and renewal readiness.
  • Navigate contract negotiations with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver results.

What You Bring

  • Ideally
  • 8+ years’ experience
  • in the Tech industry; Video Analytics/Video Management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience generating revenue through partners, alliances, and direct enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable with both large and small audiences.
  • Consultative sales approach, especially around AI and analytics adoption.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain high professional standards.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and a well‑structured weekly sales cadence.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of application and video security, cloud security, networking, and server technologies.
  • Experience with new product launches in fast‑moving tech environments.
