Manager – Sales.

The selected candidate will report to the

Head of Sales - MENA.

The

  • Manager – Sales
  • will be responsible for:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the JKIT portfolio within existing client accounts.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to onboard and integrate new clients and further develop existing client relationships.
  • Positioning the John Keells IT solutions portfolio and value proposition to address customer business needs.
  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Managing the complete sales lifecycle to ensure visibility and predictability from lead generation to deal closure.

  • The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business Management, along with a full professional qualification in CIM or any sales & marketing program, with strong capability in IT-based solution selling.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT-based solution selling, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
