Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of property consultants in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

The role combines hands-on sales leadership with team development, owning the sales targets for your team across primary (off-plan) and secondary market transactions while ensuring full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Set, track, and report on monthly and quarterly sales targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Drive the full sales cycle oversight — from lead generation and qualification through viewings, negotiation, and closing.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents in collaboration with HR, building a high-performance sales culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key developers to secure inventory, allocations, and favourable commission structures for off-plan launches.
  • Ensure all listings and transactions comply with RERA regulations, including proper use of the Trakheesi permit system and adherence to DLD processes.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and team positioning.
  • Review and approve listing quality, marketing collateral, and portal presence (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Resolve escalated client issues and oversee negotiations on high-value transactions.
  • Produce regular sales performance reports for leadership and contribute to forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Dubai market.
  • Strong working knowledge of RERA regulations, DLD processes, and the off-plan vs. secondary market dynamics.
  • Valid RERA Broker Card (or eligibility to obtain one) and a valid UAE driving licence with own car.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Established developer and/or investor network is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage given Dubai's client base.
