We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Property Consultants to join our Abu Dhabi team.
This opportunity is open to professionals interested in either the Primary Market (Off-Plan Sales) or Secondary Market (Resale & Listings).
Whether your strength lies in investment advisory, project sales, listing acquisition, or relationship management, PSI provides the platform, support, and resources to help you succeed.

***Key Responsibilities***
Property Consultant – Primary Market (Off-Plan Sales)
- Present and sell off-plan projects to investors
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
- Build relationships with developers and buyers
- Manage sales process from lead generation to closing
Resale And Listing Agent – Secondary Market
- Source and secure property listings from landlords
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Market properties through portals and company channels
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals
- Maintain CRM pipeline and records
- Prior Experience in Secondary Market Sales is plus
- ***Requirements***
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in real estate or client-facing sales roles
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/Dubai property market preferred
- CRM and property portal experience
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Fluent English and Arabic
- ***Preferred***
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage
- Background in sales industries (real estate, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, luxury retail)
- Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
