Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven

Property Consultants

to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This opportunity is open to professionals interested in either the

Primary Market (Off-Plan Sales)

or

Secondary Market (Resale & Listings)

.

Whether your strength lies in investment advisory, project sales, listing acquisition, or relationship management, PSI provides the platform, support, and resources to help you succeed.

Primary Market (Off-Plan)

  • Present and sell off-plan projects to local and international investors
  • Advise clients on market opportunities, project launches, and investment strategies
  • Build relationships with developers and prospective buyers
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing

Secondary Market (Resale & Listings)

  • Source and secure property listings from landlords and property owners
  • Build and maintain long-term landlord relationships
  • Market properties across leading portals and sales channels
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM systems

General Responsibilities

  • Generate business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and client engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives

What We'Re Looking For

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
  • Excellent follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven
  • Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous real estate, sales, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • UAE real estate experience is highly advantageous
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a strong advantage
