Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Luxury Off Plan Specialist – Russian/British Speaker.

The role focuses on promoting and selling luxury off-plan properties, primarily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, to Russian- and English-speaking clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and providing tailored investment advice on off-plan projects.

The specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through negotiation, documentation support, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM systems.

The role also involves building long-term client relationships, staying updated on market trends and developer launches, and collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and business development teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Russian and professional proficiency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills for diverse, international clients.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury or off-plan properties within the UAE market, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including lead qualification, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing high-value transactions.
  • Good understanding of real estate investment concepts, UAE property regulations, and off-plan purchase processes, including payment plans and handover timelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital tools for managing leads, preparing proposals, and reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications or RERA/Abu Dhabi licenses are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility to attend events, property launches, and client meetings outside standard office hours when required.
