Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Off-Plan Client Advisor serving Belgium, Italian, Spanish, and Arabic speaking clients.

The role involves advising high-net-worth and international clients on luxury off-plan properties, explaining project details, payment plans, and investment opportunities in a clear and transparent manner.

The advisor will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, responding to inquiries in multiple languages where applicable, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through post-sale service.

The advisor will also collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, listings, and mortgage services to optimize client offers, stay informed on market trends and new launches, and contribute to revenue growth and brand reputation in the luxury segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial products, with the ability to coordinate with internal or external partners when needed.
  • Fluency in English plus at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or a language spoken in Belgium (e.g., French or Dutch); multiple language fluencies are highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in luxury real estate, property brokerage, investment advisory, or a related client advisory role is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, off-plan property sales, and relevant
