About The Role

Lead our paint and coatings division, driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and handling key accounts across decorative, industrial, and protective paints.

The role demands strong technical knowledge of paint products, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, painters, and builders
  • Lead project sales and engage with architects, consultants, developers, and institutional clients
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team for high performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  • Negotiate high-value deals, tenders, and contracts
  • Ensure timely collections, stock management, and proper reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in the paint/coatings industry
  • Strong channel sales, dealer management, and project sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • In-depth knowledge of paint products, applications, and surface preparation
