About the Role

The Sales Manager – Facilities Management will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new contracts, and expanding the company's Facilities Management portfolio across Qatar.

The role focuses on generating revenue, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading the commercial activities for Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Integrated Facilities Management solutions.

The successful candidate will create value for the company by securing long-term contracts, winning tenders, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Facilities Management Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and secure Facilities Management contracts across multiple sectors.
  • Promote and sell Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning, Hospitality, Security, Landscaping, Manpower Supply, and Integrated FM Services.
  • Identify and pursue government, semi-government, commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and industrial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead business development activities, client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, tenders, bids, and service agreements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and key accounts to support long-term business growth.
  • Achieve revenue targets, profitability objectives, and business development KPIs.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the FM sector.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Facilities Management Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management.
  • Proven track record in securing FM contracts, maintenance agreements, and service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, and Integrated FM Solutions.
  • Extensive experience in tendering, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and bid management.
  • Strong network with government entities, semi-government organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, property management companies, and corporate clients in Qatar.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract management.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • GCC market experience is mandatory.
