About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Sales Manager to oversee and manage the complete operations of the café independently.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in coffee shop operations, sales management, customer service, and hands-on knowledge of preparing coffee and café beverages.

The candidate must be capable of handling the café independently, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall daily operations of the coffee shop independently.
  • Prepare and supervise coffee, beverages, and café drinks as per quality standards.
  • Ensure proper knowledge of coffee preparation methods, machines, and café operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle the café independently and take responsibility for smooth operations.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability.
  • Plan promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract customers.
  • Handle cashiering, POS systems, and daily closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or restaurant management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in making coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other café beverages.
  • Ability to manage and operate the café independently.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment.
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
