Role overview
Drive revenue for Material Handling Systems and express or parcel sorting systems across MEA.
Manage end-to-end sales and tenders for logistics hubs, express projects, and e-commerce fulfilment centres.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development, client meetings, technical presentations, tender preparation, and commercial closure.
- Coordinate solution design managers and suppliers to align tenders with client specifications, industry standards, and project norms.
- Manage tender schedules, timelines, pricing, commercial compliance, compliance matrices, and sales risk registers.
- Build relationships with express operators, logistics developers, consultants, and EPCs in the MEA parcel and distribution market.
- Perform technical scoping and solution design; use AutoCAD for system layouts and proposal deliverables.
Requirements
- At least five years of sales experience in material handling, parcel sorting, or express logistics automation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and solution design for automated handling systems.
- Hands-on experience managing full tender cycles for large MHS or express system projects in MEA.
- Excellent client presentation, commercial negotiation, and cross-team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of tender compliance documentation and sales risk register management.
Work arrangement
- UAE-based role with hybrid working.
- Regional project travel is required.
