Experienced Sales Manager role owning business development and the full sales lifecycle for the air cargo market across MEA.
The role involves delivering material handling system solutions for airport air cargo terminals.
Location and working arrangement
- The role is based in the UAE with a hybrid working arrangement.
- Regional travel is required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lead generation, client introductory meetings, high-level presentations, tender bidding, and negotiation.
- Lead solution design managers and suppliers to meet tender requirements, industry standards, and technical norms.
- Plan tender timelines; manage pricing proposals, commercial compliance, compliance matrices, and sales risk registers.
- Develop air cargo market strategy and relationships with airport authorities, consultants, and EPC partners across MEA.
- Conduct solution design and technical scoping; use AutoCAD for technical proposals and cargo handling system layouts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in airport, material handling, or automated cargo systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical solution design.
- Proven experience managing large tender projects and complex B2G/B2B sales in MEA.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tender documentation, commercial compliance, and sales risk assessment.
- UAE base and regional travel availability.
