About This Role
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES MANAGER IN INTERIOR COMPANY
- Getting new projects (business development & networking)
- Managing clients and understanding their design needs
- Handling the full sales cycle (lead → proposal → negotiation → closing)
- Coordinating with design & project teams to deliver work
- Leading the sales team and meeting revenue targets
