Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Hawsonhouse Properties, you will lead, mentor, and drive a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets across Dubai’s dynamic property market. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in leadership, strategy, and closing high-value deals while building a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Oversee client interactions for buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
- Support agents in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing transactions
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the team
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to inspire, lead by example, and drive results
