About This Role
We are hiring a sales Manager who has consistently outperformed targets in Forex, CFDs, or US equities. You should be someone who not only leads teams but dominates the sales floor, closes high-value deals, and drives aggressive revenue growth.
- Lead from the front—personally close high-value deals while managing the team
- Drive aggressive sales strategies focused on Forex & US stock trading products
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Acquire and manage high**-deposit clients**
- Maximize FTDs, deposits, and trading volumes
- Monitor and optimize conversion ratios, pipelines, and deal closures
- Conduct high-level client negotiations and portfolio discussions
- Enforce strict KPI tracking and performance discipline across the team
- Work closel
- Consistent delivery of monthly revenue targets
- High team conversion and retention rates
- Strong FTD generation and client activity levels
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
