- We are hiring a **sales Manager** who has consistently outperformed targets in Forex, CFDs, or US equities.
- You should be someone who not only leads teams but **dominates the sales floor**, closes high-value deals, and drives aggressive revenue growth.
- Lead from the front—**personally close high-value deals while managing the team**
- Drive aggressive sales strategies focused on **Forex & US stock trading products**
- Build, manage, and scale a **high-performance sales team**
- Acquire and manage high**-deposit clients**
- Maximize **FTDs, deposits, and trading volumes**
- Monitor and optimize **conversion ratios, pipelines, and deal closures**
- Conduct high-level client negotiations and portfolio discussions
- Enforce strict KPI tracking and performance discipline across the team
- Work closel
- Consistent delivery of **monthly revenue targets**
- High **team conversion and retention rates**
- Strong **FTD generation and client activity levels**
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
