About This Role
Hiring: Property Sales Manager (UAE Real Estate)
We are looking for a Property Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE real estate market to lead and manage our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Handle off-plan, secondary sales, and rental portfolios
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in off-plan, secondary sales, and rentals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and trends
- Target-driven with a strong sales track record
