Drive revenue through proactive sales, focusing primarily on Corporate while developing Government, Leisure, MICE, Crew, Long Stay, and Travel Trade opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow corporate accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect, negotiate, and secure business across assigned market segments.
- Conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate client information, account activities, and sales pipelines in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and business mix.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations to deliver client expectations.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Produce weekly sales reports, forecasts, account production analyses, and action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within an international hotel brand.
- Proven corporate account management experience with exposure to other market segments.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
