Key responsibilities
- Grow rental revenue from national accounts and manage rental performance against agreed targets.
- Analyze customer needs, market developments, and opportunities; create and execute rental project plans.
- Build relationships with current and potential customers and partners.
- Prepare management information and reports, including rental history and forecasts.
- Implement company initiatives and support use of CRM and key-account management tools.
- Support marketing-plan implementation and maintain commercial and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at fairs, trade shows, and relevant events.
- Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and business ethics codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Equipment rental or related-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and key-account management tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
