Responsibilities
- Manage preparation and output of reports that accurately reflect business operations.
- Train business departments on reporting rules and answer daily questions about profits and data.
- Formulate financial plans, establish a budget system, break down targets, and organize implementation.
- Monitor budget implementation, conduct post-mortem reviews and rolling forecasts, and optimize the budget model.
- Conduct multidimensional business calculations and special analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key cost items and diagnose loss-making institutions or regions, producing analysis reports.
- Track and analyze project cost entry, schedules, and cash flow.
- Establish early warnings for core financial indicators to identify operational and capital risks.
- Align with frontline business operations and drive implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Empower business teams through financial partnership and support.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or another related field.
- At least 3 years of finance-related experience, including Finance BP or operational analysis experience.
- At least 1 year of industry background in engineering, construction, or equipment leasing.
Professional competencies
- Familiarity with engineering business scenarios and ability to independently build adapted financial calculation models.
- Proficient in Excel data modeling and visualization, and skilled in PowerPoint.
- SQL and Power BI mastery are preferred.
Personal qualifications
- Data-sensitive, logically rigorous, and able to independently analyze and solve problems.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with ability to implement solutions at the grassroots level.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand periodic work pressure, and proactive.
