Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow-ups.
- Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist customers with basic product/service information and escalation coordination.
