Role Description

  • This is a remote, contract role for a Sales Lead at Crazibrain Solutions to be based out of Middle East & Africa (Dubai/Saudi Arabia/Qatar/Kuwait/Bahrain/Oman). The Sales Lead will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the company’s consulting and technology offerings within (CPG, Retail, Pharma, BFSI) ecosystem.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client discovery calls, preparing proposals and presentations, and leading product demos tailored to client needs.
  • The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with delivery and product teams, and ensuring smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • The Sales Lead will also track sales metrics, provide regular reporting, and contribute feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT Services, SaaS, analytics, or consulting solutions, preferably in Go To Market , supply chain, or related domains in CPG, Pharma or Retail industries/sector.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
  • Sales Management and Training skills, with the ability to guide team members and support onboarding or product training for clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet targets within agreed timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
