Lead the sales team and drive business growth across the UAE foodstuff and bakery-ingredients market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets; develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage key customers, distributors, and business relationships; identify new customers, markets, and opportunities.
- Monitor performance, targets, collections, and customer development; prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Build B2B relationships with hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, catering companies, and other customers.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and management to support order fulfillment.
- Monitor trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs; follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience; experience in foodstuff, FMCG, bakery, or food ingredients is preferred.
- Proven sales-team management experience and strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
- UAE market knowledge and an established customer network are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; target-oriented with commercial and analytical ability.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Work arrangement
- The description lists Dubai, UAE, and states that work is in person.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 7,000 per year; the structured salary field states AED 7,000 per month.
